Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in food or manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and safety standards.
• Flexibility to travel and work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance staff and assign daily tasks.
• Support preventive maintenance programs across sites.
• Monitor inventory of parts and coordinate with vendors.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly.
