Job summary
Brookside Properties in Middle Tennessee is hiring a Maintenance Supervisor to support our small apartment communities in the region. You will troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, drywall/painting, and more, and perform unit turns, exterior and grounds maintenance.
Travel to properties to provide hands-on support and guide on-site teams, ensuring safety and quality standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED completed.
- 2+ years multifamily maintenance experience (USDA housing preferred).
- EPA Type II or Universal certification for HVAC required.
- Strong knowledge of building systems including plumbing, electrical, carpentry.
- Able to respond to after-hours calls.
- Reliable transportation and basic tools.
- Good communication with residents, staff and vendors.

- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, drywall/painting, and more
- Complete unit turns, exterior, and grounds maintenance
- Travel to properties to provide hands-on support and resolve complex maintenance issues
