Job summary

Brock & Company, Inc. is seeking a Mail Services Coordinator to oversee mail and package operations across multiple locations. This full-time role reports to the General Manager, with local travel and no overnight trips anticipated.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years in mail services, shipping and receiving, or related field preferred.
• Familiarity with USPS, FedEx, and UPS shipping procedures.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages across multiple locations.
• Complete daily mail delivery runs three days per week.
• Prepare outgoing USPS mail, apply postage, and transport to Post Office.
• Coordinate carrier pickups and process outgoing packages (airfreight and overnight).
• Maintain delivery records, photograph items, and monitor mail machine volume.
• Resolve tracking issues and provide courteous customer service.
