Job summary

Continental Properties is seeking a friendly Leasing Associate (Multisite) for Authentix Spring Hill & Authentix Suncoast communities in Brooksville, FL. You will guide residents from first contact through move-in, showcasing model units and delivering an exceptional experience.

This full-time role offers pay between $19.00-$23.00 per hour plus incentives. You’ll balance desk work with onsite tours, handle follow-ups, renewals, and use marketing tools to achieve occupancy goals.

Qualifications

• Proven sales and customer service experience.
• Able to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Ability to tour communities, manage move-ins and renewals.

Responsibilities

• Drive leasing from first contact to move-in, leading inquiries, tours, follow-ups, and coordinating seamless move-ins.
• Market and promote through advertising, events, and technology to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Manage follow-ups, move-in inspections, renewals, and occupancy tracking while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
