Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Safety & Health Coordinator in Scottsbluff, NE to oversee multi-site safety programs across Nebraska and Colorado. You will coach teams, lead investigations, and implement human-performance safety initiatives with strong regulatory alignment.

The role requires a bachelor’s in safety or related field and 2–3 years of experience in an industrial setting. Expect travel up to 50% and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health and Safety or related field preferred.
• 2–3 years of safety and health experience preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, agriculture, warehousing or industrial settings.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate safety and health programs across terminal facilities in Nebraska and Colorado.
• Lead incident investigations and root cause analyses to identify risks.
• Maintain regulatory records and support OSHA/EPA/state/local compliance.
• Develop and deliver training on HAZCOM, LOTO, confined-space, forklift safety.
• Travel up to 50% to support terminal locations.
