Job summary

MGM Resorts International's The Henry inside The Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas seeks a Hostperson to warmly welcome guests, manage the flow of reservations, and coordinate with servers to ensure smooth dining service.

You will maintain seating arrangements, keep menus current, answer phones, and relay guest requests to the kitchen and management to help create a welcoming, efficient atmosphere. Weekend/holiday shifts required; OpenTable or SevenRooms experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Shift work including weekends and holidays.
• Experience with OpenTable or SevenRooms system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly as they enter the restaurant.
• Answer phones and manage reservations accurately.
• Convey guest information to management and kitchen, relay guest reactions and comments.
