YMCA of Superior California is seeking an Association Health & Wellness Director who will lead the Health & Wellness Department across all branches, supervising staff, managing budgets, and ensuring safe, engaging programs for members and the community.

You will collaborate with facilities, marketing, and community partners to expand health programs, monitor participation, and maintain records, while modeling the YMCA's commitment to inclusivity and wellness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong computer and writing skills required.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead health and wellness programs across all branches.
• Develop and manage department budgets and expenses.
• Recruit, hire, train, and supervise department staff and volunteers.
• Maintain program records and ensure safety standards.
