Donuts of Rutland is seeking a Floating Restaurant Manager to lead a team at our Dunkin franchise in Rutland, VT, delivering exceptional service and memorable guest experiences.

The ideal candidate has retail management experience, strong leadership, and weekend availability, with a valid US driver’s license. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in retail management.
• Experience in the food & beverage industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Flexibility to travel between store locations as needed, and ability to adapt quickly to different store environments.
• Ability to work weekends and flexible shifts.
• Required to have and maintain a valid US drivers license.
