Job summary

Dunkin' franchise in Vermont is seeking Shift Leaders to coach Crew Members and uphold Brand standards, delivering a friendly guest experience. You will set shift goals, assign tasks, and motivate staff with timely feedback.

Responsibilities include leading a respectful team environment, resolving guest issues, and ensuring safety, food safety, and sanitation guidelines are followed. You will drive sales, execute marketing initiatives, and manage cash over/short during shifts.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience.
• Math and writing skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• At least 18 years of age (where applicable).
• High School diploma or equivalent, preferred.

• Support the training of crew members as requested
• Provide coaching and feedback to crew members
