Job summary

CPCD seeks an energetic Early Childhood Education professional to plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities across classrooms. The role requires coordinating with families and staff to promote school readiness and child well-being.

You will travel among CPCD sites, ensuring program quality and compliance with Head Start standards while supporting other educators in creating a positive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in ECE or related field; attainable Bachelor’s in ECE preferred.
• Director Qualified or willingness to obtain immediately as required.
• Experience planning and implementing curriculum for preschool children.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement learning experiences to advance development of the whole child.
• Provide daily supervision for classroom staff and support site operations.
• Maintain a safe, healthy learning environment compliant with Head Start and state standards.
• Collaborate with families to support school readiness goals.
