Job summary

Chicanos Por La Causa, Inc. (CPLC) is seeking a Floater Teacher to support staffing across Early Childhood Development (ECD) classrooms.

You will work as a site-based floater within center and home-based teams to deliver education, health and social service support to children ages 0–5 and their families, ensuring compliance with Head Start and state regulations. Qualifications

• Baccalaureate in Early Childhood Education.
• Baccalaureate and coursework equivalent to a major relating to early childhood education is required.

Responsibilities

• Work as a site-based Floater with assigned classrooms, collaborating with center and home-based teams.
• Follow all state and federal regulations and health and safety practices to ensure a safe learning environment.
