Job summary

YMCA of Greater San Antonio seeks a Facility Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance, monitor HVAC and pool systems, and support building operations across multiple branches in the San Antonio area.

Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, reporting malfunctions, maintaining lighting and equipment, and documenting work in logs. Requires 2-3 years in facility management and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

General and routine maintenance duties including HVAC, pool maintenance, readings on gauges/meters.
Preventative maintenance scheduling and documentation.
Read and interpret manuals, procedures and safety documents.
Will travel between YMCA branches in the San Antonio area.

Responsibilities

Perform general, routine maintenance and monitor HVAC equipment and pools.
Ensure facilities, grounds and equipment are operational and inspected per preventive schedules.
Identify and report malfunctions or emergencies.
Maintain lighting and fixtures; replace ballasts and repair as needed.
Record maintenance and repair logs daily.
