Job summary

Prologis in Ontario, California is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the Customer Experience Team by maintaining Prologis industrial properties and delivering responsive service to customers.

You will perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs across multiple properties, coordinate work with licensed contractors, and help ensure safe operations, asset condition, and a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of skilled maintenance experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or other areas.
• Ability to work independently across multiple properties.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between properties.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs.
• Inspect buildings and coordinate with licensed contractors.
• Address customer concerns and assist RECX Manager.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies as needed.
