Qualifications

• 3+ years of skilled maintenance experience.
• Mechanical aptitude across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or related areas.
• Ability to work independently across multiple properties.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform field maintenance.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs across properties.
• Inspect buildings, grounds, and building systems; document issues.
• Coordinate repairs with licensed contractors or vendors.
• Troubleshoot maintenance issues to reduce downtime.
• Coordinate scheduling, walkthroughs, move-ins/outs, inspections.
• Respond to emergency issues after hours; report safety concerns.
• Maintain safe storage of supplies and complete safety training.
