Qualifications

• 3+ years of skilled maintenance experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot building maintenance issues across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, landscaping, HVAC, Fire Life Safety, or dock equipment.
• Ability to work independently across multiple properties and manage priorities.
• Proficient in using desktop and mobile apps to manage work orders, inspections, and communications.
• Effective communication and customer service for customers, peers, managers, contractors, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs; coordinate specialized repairs with licensed contractors or vendors.
• Inspect buildings, grounds, and systems; document issues and coordinate corrective action with RECX Manager.
• Troubleshoot maintenance concerns to reduce downtime and extend asset life.
• Coordinate repair scheduling, walkthroughs, move-ins/outs, and annual inspections; verify work completion.
• Provide timely updates and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and contractors; promote Prologis services.
• Respond to emergency maintenance after hours and on weekends; report safety issues and property damage promptly.
• Maintain safe storage of supplies, tools, and chemicals; complete safety training.
