Job summary

Alliance Health System is seeking a hands-on Facilities & Maintenance Technician to support our growing network of practice. This role is ideal for a capable handyman or maintenance tech, comfortable using power tools, handling repairs, and keeping buildings and equipment running smoothly.

Primary focus is facilities, maintenance, and equipment support with some inventory coordination. Travel between local Alliance locations is required; a company vehicle is provided after 90 days, subject to

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass background check.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office / Excel).

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance, repairs, and upkeep across multiple medical facilities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve facility issues (mechanical, structural, and basic electrical).
• Perform basic HVAC tasks such as filter changes, inspections, and coordinating service.
• Use power tools and hand tools safely for repairs, installations, and improvements.
• Assist with inventory tracking and receiving deliveries.
