Job summary

ApexNetwork Physical Therapy is seeking a Maintenance Manager to oversee clinic and corporate facilities across the Bi-State area. You will lead preventive maintenance, repairs, and improvements, collaborating with leadership, contractors, and vendors to keep spaces safe, functional, and professional.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and general building systems, plus strong troubleshooting and project coordination skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in facilities maintenance, construction, or related field.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools safely.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to travel regularly between locations and occasionally work after hours.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance, repairs, and improvements at ApexNetwork clinic and corporate facilities.
• Coordinate with qualified contractors and vendors for specialized work.
• Maintain records of maintenance, inspections, replacement parts, and completed projects.
• Assist with construction, setup, renovation, relocation, and openings of new locations.
• Ensure safety and professional presentation of facilities.
• Travel between Bi-State area locations and occasional out-of-state travel.
