Job summary

Tri-State Orthopaedics is seeking a Facilities & Maintenance Manager to oversee daily maintenance, safety, appearance, and operational readiness of our clinics. The role combines hands-on work with supervision of maintenance, outside vendors, and support services to keep the facility compliant and functional.

The position manages preventative maintenance, coordinates repairs for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and equipment, and ensures a clean, safe, and professional medical environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a commercial/healthcare facility preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible facility maintenance or operations experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, HVAC, mechanical, or building systems.
• Demonstrated skill in coordinating outside vendors and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for facility-related issues including maintenance and repairs.
• Troubleshoot building systems and coordinate internal or external repairs as needed.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to schedule work and ensure timely completion.
• Develop and track preventative maintenance schedules for building systems and equipment.
• Oversee cleaning, groundskeeping, and other facility support services.
• Support safety, infection-control awareness, and compliance in the clinic environment.
• Communicate facility status and safety concerns to CIO and leadership.
