Job summary

ApexNetwork Physical Therapy is seeking an experienced Facilities Maintenance Manager to support maintenance, repair, and improvement of our clinic and corporate facilities across the Bi-State area.

This role requires hands-on experience with facility maintenance, construction, and general building systems. You will work with clinic leadership, contractors, and the corporate team to keep facilities safe, functional, and professional.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• General working knowledge of building maintenance including basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, mechanical, and HVAC troubleshooting.
• Ability to safely operate hand tools, power tools, ladders, maintenance equipment, and other equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance, repairs, and improvements at ApexNetwork clinic and corporate facilities.
• Respond to facility maintenance requests and troubleshoot building, equipment, and system issues.
• Coordinate with qualified contractors and vendors when specialized work is required.
• Assist with construction, setup, renovation, relocation, and opening of new and existing clinic locations.
• Travel between ApexNetwork facilities in the Bi-State area and assist with projects as needed.
• Maintain records of preventative maintenance, repairs, inspections, and completed projects.
