Job summary

ProChem Inc. seeks a Compliance Supervisor to oversee regulatory, environmental, and transportation compliance across two facilities in Elliston, VA and Morgantown, PA. You will manage wastewater sampling, PFAS testing, and permit renewals while coordinating with a third‑party firm for audits and training.

Travel is 10% to alternate site with expenses covered. The role requires staying current with EPA, VADEQ, and PADEP rules, maintaining SDSs and labeling, and ensuring safety and regulatory

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of environmental compliance experience in chemical blending/manufacturing
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or Environmental Science preferred or equivalent
• REM credential is highly preferred
• Experience with ISNetworld and Avetta is highly preferred
• Deep familiarity with EPA (RCRA, SARA), DOT/FMCSA, VADEQ/PADEP regulations

Responsibilities

• Oversee wastewater (DMR) sampling and reporting
• Coordinate PFAS sampling and quarterly reports
• Maintain well water systems and permit management
• Execute permit renewals for environmental and operational compliance
• Submit regulatory reports (Tier II, TRI, RCRA) and manage SDS labeling
• Maintain ESG tracker for sustainability metrics
• Coordinate toxicity testing and support NPDES/SPDES permits
• Manage contractor portals and third-party vendor credentials
