GE Vernova is seeking an Engineering & Technology Leader to shape the technical direction across three plant sites, driving safety, quality, delivery, and cost improvements with strategic and operational leadership.

You will mentor a team of engineers, lead ECM/EDM R&D, and steer the technology roadmap to strengthen manufacturing capability and protect intellectual property while partnering with NPI and customers for long-term competitiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering required.
• 12+ years of experience in quality, manufacturing, operations, engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 3+ years of experience leading or managing teams; strong technical knowledge of manufacturing processes.

Responsabilités

• Develop, mentor, and grow a team of technical experts across three sites.
• Own strategic engineering projects delivering EHS, quality, delivery, and cost-savings goals.
• Define the engineering and technology roadmap and evaluate technology choices.
• Manage R&D efforts for ECM and EDM and future machining processes.
• Protect and grow Metem's IP portfolio including patents and processes.
• Lead technical quotes and proposals to win new work and support CAPEX strategy.
