Job summary

GE Vernova, Inc. seeks an Engineering & Technology Leader to shape technical direction and advance manufacturing capability across Parsippany, Allentown, and Százhalombatta. Lead ECM/EDM R&D, protect IP, and drive technology roadmaps ensuring SQDC objectives. Strong leadership across multiple sites is essential.

You will partner with GMs, Operations, NPI, and customers to solve complex problems, drive manufacturing technology, and build a rigorous engineering culture across the network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering is required.
• 12+ years in quality, manufacturing, operations, engineering, or related technical discipline.
• 3+ years leading or managing teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and mentor a team of technical experts to meet SQDC objectives across three sites.
• Own strategic engineering projects delivering EHS, quality, delivery, and cost savings on time and budget.
• Define the engineering and technology roadmap and prioritize projects.
