Job summary

MaineHealth is seeking an Engineering Coordinator to support engineering operations across our facilities. You will help standardize CMMS, manage service contracts, invoicing, purchasing, and accounts payable while maintaining regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and analytical skills, with experience in healthcare facilities or construction preferred. Training to become a super-user for engineering software is expected within 3 months.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; trade school or data analytics/CS degree preferred.
• Must become super-user for engineering programs and CMMS within 3 months.
• Proficient in MS Office and Excel macros; strong analytics and process skills.
• Experience with healthcare facilities maintenance or construction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support to engineering departments across MaineHealth.
• Maintain standardization for CMMS and related systems.
• Assist with service contracts, invoicing, purchasing, and accounts payable.
• Maintain regulatory compliance documentation and reporting.
