Acquire4Hire seeks a dedicated Full Time ECEAP Floater Teacher to support preschoolers across Mason and Thurston counties for the 26-27 school year. You will provide classroom support, step in during absences, and maintain a safe, nurturing learning environment.

The role emphasizes implementing Creative Curriculum, Teaching Strategies GOLD, and ECEAP standards, building positive relationships with children and families, and collaborating with site teams to ensure consistent instruction.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of early childhood development and ECEAP Performance Standards.
• Ability to plan lessons, observe children, assess progress, and guide behavior.
• Strong family communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality classroom support at CCAC ECEAP sites, including acting as primary teacher when needed.
• Follow established routines, lesson plans, and guidance from supervisors; adjust as necessary.
• Implement Creative Curriculum and Teaching Strategies GOLD with fidelity.
• Support safety, health, and documentation across sites.
• Maintain positive relationships with children, families, and staff; participate in meetings and professional development.
