Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) is hiring a Dining Services District Manager to oversee dining operations across multiple locations. You will ensure policy compliance, manage staffing and scheduling, and maintain financial records for several sites.

The role requires a degree in management or related field, with 2+ years in food production/service and supervision. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for success in a multi-site environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in management or related field preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum two years' experience in quantity food production/service and personnel supervision preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; able to lead diverse teams.
• Ability to complete regulatory compliance courses and implement changes.
• Proven success in P&L and budget management; strong reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise dining services operations across multiple locations.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and federal/state requirements.
• Oversee staff training, development, and scheduling.
• Maintain records of income, expenditures, supplies, personnel, and equipment for multiple sites.
• Act as liaison between occupants/administrators and HCSG staff, ensuring consistent directives.
