Job summary

Arcosa Aggregates is seeking a Maintenance Manager - Crushing Operations to lead maintenance across multiple plant sites. You will ensure equipment reliability, enforce safety compliance, and drive cost-effective practices while training teams for continuous production improvement.

Responsibilities include overseeing PM programs, managing repairs and capital expenditures, analyzing performance data, and coordinating with plant managers to align maintenance with production goals.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of maintenance leadership experience in aggregates, mining, or heavy industrial operations.
• Strong working knowledge of crushing and screening equipment.
• Thorough understanding of MSHA safety regulations and compliance requirements.
• Proven leadership experience managing multi-site maintenance operations and mobile equipment fleets.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and enforce preventative maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability.
• Lead maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and maximize equipment availability.
• Manage repairs, rebuilds, and maintenance of crushers, conveyors, screens, and related equipment.
• Monitor equipment performance data to prevent failures and improve efficiency.
• Manage plant maintenance budgets including labor, parts, and capital expenses.
• Lead maintenance teams across multiple locations and coordinate operator training.
