Job summary

AcoustiEngineering is seeking a Safety Manager to implement and continuously improve safety programs across multiple jobsites and regions. You will protect employees, subcontractors, and assets by enforcing federal, state, and local regulations and best practices, with deep exposure to drywall, framing, and ACT environments.

The role requires directing safety training, developing JSAs/SSSPs, and mentoring field teams to foster a culture of safety excellence.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of construction safety experience, preferably in drywall, framing, and ACT environments.
• Experience managing safety operations across multiple job sites.
• Strong background with subcontractors and enforcing site safety compliance.
• Proficiency in developing JSAs and SSSPs, plus fall protection and scaffolding protocols.
• First Aid, CPR, and AED Certification (Trainer preferred).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and enforce safety policies across multiple locations and jobsites.
• Conduct regular site inspections and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Develop and review Site Specific Safety Plans (SSSPs) and Job Safety Analyses (JSAs).
• Coordinate safety briefings and tool box talks; lead safety stand-downs.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to field personnel and subcontractors.
• Ensure proper use of fall protection, scaffolding, and aerial equipment.
• Manage incident reporting, investigations, and root cause analysis.
• Deliver safety training, including leadership and field-specific topics.
