Acousti Engineering is seeking a Safety Manager in Atlanta, GA to lead and continuously improve our construction safety programs across multiple job sites. You will enforce compliance with federal, state, and local safety regulations, mentor field teams, and ensure fall protection, scaffolding, and equipment safety are prioritized.
The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of construction safety experience, BCSP STSC and OSHA 510 certifications, and strong leadership and bilingual (English/Spanish)

The Safety Manager is responsible for implementing, managing, and continuously improving the company's safety programs across multiple job sites and regions. This position plays a vital role in protecting employees, subcontractors, and company assets by enforcing compliance with federal, state, and local safety regulations and best practices. The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of construction safety, particularly in drywall, framing, and acoustical ceiling tile (ACT) environments, and is passionate about mentoring field teams to create a culture of safety excellence.
