Continental seeks a Community Manager for onsite operations to lead a residential property and deliver an exceptional resident experience. You will manage budgets, report performance, and drive NOI growth while supervising a team in a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities include ensuring tenant satisfaction, coordinating tours, and maintaining a polished property. Flexibility for evenings & weekends is required; on-site living benefits and performance incentives are offered.

This position offers a competitive compensation package and the opportunity to receive additional earnings through leasing and resident renewal incentive programs, as well as a lucrative quarterly CNOI bonus.

Our Community Managers are a key business leader responsible for the successful operations of their community. • Develop and manage operating budgets, drive revenue through strategic sales, marketing,customer servi ce,and strong knowledge of submarket,a nd ensure the community is hitting its performance goals

Providing an Exceptional Resident Experience

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by bringing a courteous, professional attitude to every interaction while ensuring our community always looks its best by inspecting and preparing tour-ready units andmaintaininga clean, invitingmodel andtour path daily

Day-to-Day Office & Community Operations

Salary Range: 80,000-86,000
