Job summary

Learning Care is seeking an Area Manager to lead 6–8 child care centers in the Denver area, driving performance, enrollment growth, safety, and customer satisfaction. You will supervise directors, coach leaders, and manage budgets while ensuring operational excellence across sites.

The role requires 5+ years of leadership experience in service sectors, strong data-driven decision making, and extensive travel between locations. Competitive compensation and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute area-wide business plans aligned to achieve company targets.
• Ensure achievement of performance targets with emphasis on growth, enrollment, safety, and compliance.
• Collaborate with School Directors to drive performance and profitability.
• Cascade priorities to school directors and ensure consistent execution across locations.
• Drive revenue growth and monitor area KPIs.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency using data (quality, marketing, enrollment).
• Prepare and manage area-level budgets; monitor expenses.
• Review financial metrics for each location and take corrective actions.
• Identify trends and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure exceptional customer service standards and resolve escalations.
• Ensure consistent operational execution across all schools.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop school directors; conduct reviews and coaching.
• Foster a high-performance culture through coaching and succession planning.
