Job summary

Learning Care Group, Inc. is seeking an Area Manager to lead the performance and operations of 6-8 schools within a defined geographic area, with frequent travel between sites and reporting to the District Manager. The role supports campuses within the Denver area, driving growth, safety, and customer experience.

You will recruit and develop School Directors, cascade priorities, manage area budgets, and leverage data to improve efficiency and profitability across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent management experience).
• 5 years of progressive leadership in a GM or similar role.
• Track record of achieving targets and improving KPIs.
• Strong leadership, communication, coaching and people skills.
• Analytical with data-driven decision abilities; PowerBI preferred.
• Willingness to travel at least 75% to school locations.
• Valid driver’s license with clean MVR.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute area-wide business plans to meet targets.
• Ensure performance targets with focus on growth, safety and compliance.
• Collaborate with School Directors to drive performance and profitability.
• Cascade priorities and ensure consistent execution across locations.
• Drive revenue and monitor KPIs; manage area budgets and costs.
• Identify efficiency opportunities using data; implement initiatives.
• Review financial metrics and take corrective actions.
• Foster continuous improvement across the area.
• Maintain exceptional customer service and resolve issues.
• Recruit, hire, and develop school directors; provide coaching.
• Build a high-performance culture through development plans.
