Regional 911 Intake Solutions in Rugby, ND is seeking Police/Fire/EMS Dispatchers to coordinate emergency responses across agencies in a combined communications environment. You will process calls, verify details, and assign radio resources to multiple response disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Process requests involving police, fire, rescue, and medical services.
• Verify locations, incident details, and hazards.
• Route calls and coordinate dispatch across units.
• Monitor radio traffic and unit availability.
• Maintain incident records and support interagency communication.
• Provide caller instructions when trained and authorized.
• Attend training and maintain required certifications.
