AmeriCorps VISTA in Puerto Rico seeks a Partnerships & Network Collaboration Coordinator to strengthen ties with municipalities, nonprofits, and public agencies, building a sustainable regional network. You will manage partnership processes and help develop tools that track progress and foster shared planning.

This role focuses on expanding equitable participation in regional development, with a strong emphasis on collaboration, documentation, and stakeholder alignment to support CIH’s mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in community development or volunteer management is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.

Responsabilités

• Support CIH partnerships with municipalities, nonprofits, and public agencies.
• Manage partnership tracking systems and MOUs/LIOs.
• Contribute to collaboration protocols and planning dashboards.
• Document partnership outcomes and track collaboration metrics.
• Support public communications about CIH’s expanding network.
