AmeriCorps VISTA in Puerto Rico is seeking a Performance Management Coordinator to strengthen the Community Innovation Hub by tracking impact, learning, and program performance. You will develop tools to monitor stakeholder engagement, organize data, and support dashboard creation, contributing to data-informed reports for CIH goals.

The role emphasizes ensuring insights improve programs and are communicated clearly to stakeholders, with a full-time schedule in the PUERTO RICO program location.

Qualifications

Experience coordinating community development initiatives.
Strong written and verbal communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to organize data, monitor progress, and support dashboards.
Experience with non-profit organizations a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop tools to monitor stakeholder engagement and ideation outcomes.
