• 2-7 years of corporate transactional experience.
• Experience with mergers & acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, joint ventures, and/or general corporate matters.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and client-facing skills.
• Ability to manage transaction workstreams and work directly with clients.
• Excellent academic credentials and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent private companies, private equity sponsors, investors, and strategic buyers in sophisticated transactions.
• Handle acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, and other strategic transactions.
• Draft and negotiate purchase agreements and ancillary transaction documents.
• Work closely with partners and clients throughout the entire deal lifecycle.
• Collaborate with attorneys across a national platform on complex matters.
