Job summary

Amentum Advanced Solutions is seeking an entry‑level Mechanical Engineer to join a multi‑discipline team on complex R&D facilities. You will work on projects such as wind tunnels, test stands, and climatic chambers, applying core mechanical skills to real designs and analyses.

Under supervision, you will prepare technical reports, drawings, and calculations; coordinate with designers; and support interface development with other disciplines. BS ME and three years of experience required.

Qualifications

• B.S.M.E. from an accredited engineering school.
• Minimum of three (3) years’ relevant Mechanical Engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform project assignments with guidance on well-defined features.
• Analyze results using prescribed techniques and prepare reports and calculations.
• Coordinate with designers and other engineers; support interface development.
