Amentum Advanced Solutions is seeking an entry‑level to early‑career Mechanical Engineer to contribute to machine design projects. You will join a multi‑discipline team and work on unique facilities, wind tunnels, rocket test stands and related systems.

The role emphasizes ownership, technical reports, and collaboration with structural, process, controls, and aerodynamics specialists. Candidates should have strong academic achievement and hands‑on CAD/FEA skills.

Qualifications

• B.S.M.E. from an accredited engineering school is required.
• Minimum of three years’ relevant Mechanical Engineering experience.
• Proven ability to work on multi‑discipline teams and produce technical reports.

Responsabilités

• Independently but with guidance from a senior engineer, perform assignments with limited complexity.
• Analyze results and prepare calculations and presentations.
• Coordinate with designer/drafters and review work when needed.
• Support interface development with other disciplines and contribute to complete design packages.
