Empire Livestock LLC. seeks a diligent supervisor to lead Multipack Operations and support the Warehouse/Distribution Manager in our DFA-compliant facility.

You will schedule and supervise staff, manage inventory and materials, ensure timely order fulfillment, and uphold safety and quality standards. This role requires forklift certification, proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office, and 2–5 years of leadership experience.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 to 5 years of demonstrated leadership attributes or team lead experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) and inventory management applications.
• Forklift Certification required.

Aufgaben

• Supervise daily operation of Multipack personnel according to cost and quality standards.
• Schedule, assign work and adjust schedules to meet changing demands.
• Recommend changes to ensure efficient operation of Multipack and support warehouse activities.
• Monitor staff performance to ensure goals are met.
• Coordinate training of personnel to improve skills.
• Support the Warehouse/Distribution Manager during absences.
• Assist with month-end inventories and daily finished goods reconciliation.
