Job summary

The role supports the Warehouse/Distribution Manager and requires supervising staff, coordinating schedules, and maintaining safety and quality standards.

Candidates should have 2–5 years of leadership experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and inventory systems. Forklift certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operation of Multipack personnel according to cost and quality standards.
• Schedule, assign work and adjust schedules to meet changing demands.
• Recommend changes to ensure efficient operation of the Multipack area and support warehouse activities.
• Monitor staff performance to ensure goals are met.
• Participate in performance reviews and coordinate staff training.
