Job summary

Dairy Farmers of America is seeking a supervisor to lead the Multipack Operations and support warehouse oversight. You will schedule shifts, manage inventory, coordinate staff, and ensure adherence to DFA GMPs and safety policies.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and experience with Microsoft Office and inventory systems, with forklift certification as a must. Evening shifts and periodic travel may be involved.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operation of Multipack personnel and ensure cost/quality standards
• Schedule work and adjust to meet demand
• Recommend improvements for efficient operation and support warehouse activities
• Monitor staff performance and coordinate training
• Assist Warehouse/Distribution Manager during absences and vacations
• Support month-end inventories and reconciliation of finished goods
• Ensure safety policies and sanitation requirements are followed
• Maintain accurate records for packaging and ingredients (P&I) storage areas
• Monitor material deliveries to ensure stock availability
• Enter data in SAP and related systems
• Follow DFA GMPs and company policies
