NTT DATA, Inc. seeks an Insurance Business Analyst to join our team in Warren, New Jersey.

You will work with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and technology teams to elaborate requirements for a multinational insurance platform, refining them into detailed specifications for agile delivery. You will document data and validation rules, support AI-assisted design and Copilot workflows, and collaborate across business, product, architecture, and UX teams to ensure complete, implementable

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of Business Analysis, functional analysis, product analysis, or related discipline.
• 5+ years gathering, analyzing, refining, and documenting business and functional requirements.
• 5+ years creating detailed business specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows.
• 5+ years translating requirements into implementation-ready specs for software teams.
• 5+ years defining data requirements, validations, and decision logic.
• 5+ years refining wireframes and UX requirements.
• Experience supporting Agile delivery activities and stakeholder engagements.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to elaborate requirements and workflows for the multinational Insurance platform.
• Refine high-level requirements into detailed business and functional specifications.
• Document rules, regulatory requirements, validations, and acceptance criteria.
• Define data requirements and validation scenarios for the platform.
• Create specifications for Copilot-assisted and AI-assisted engineering workflows.
• Iterate wireframes and prototypes with MSIG-approved AI tools and Copilot capabilities.
• Support end-to-end insurance lifecycle activities including underwriting, quoting, policy issuance and renewal management.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and solution-design discussions with engineering teams.
