Join our team as a Multinational Underwriter, a specialized role within our underwriting practice. You will support The Hartfords growth initiatives by building and executing a broader multinational risk strategy for U.S.-domiciled risks, underwriting Controlled Master Programs (CMPs), managing policy placements with our Hartford Global Insurer Network, and providing multinational expertise at the point of sale.

Success in this role involves demonstrated sales and negotiation skills, strategic planning, account expansion, and cross-selling opportunities, particularly in Property and Casualty lines.

Compensation :

The annual base pay range is $78,000 - $184,800, based on market analysis and candidate experience. Compensation may include bonuses, incentives, and recognition, and varies depending on background and experience.
