Role Overview:
As a Senior Executive Underwriter in the Navigators Wholesale Property business, you will be responsible for underwriting, servicing, and growing a profitable book of E&S Property business through wholesale brokers. Your focus will encompass all segments of E&S property on full limits, primary, excess, and quota share basis. Expertise should include underwriting of named perils, all risks, and single catastrophe-related risks across multiple classes including mixed real estate, manufacturing, and other E&S-related classes.

This role offers hybrid or remote work options. Candidates near our offices in Alpharetta, GA; Boston, MA; New York, NY; San Francisco, CA; Los Angeles, CA; Chicago, IL; Frisco, TX; Overland Park, KS are expected to work in-office three days a week (Tuesday-Thursday). Remote candidates should be prepared to come into an office as needed.
Compensation:
The annualized base pay ranges from $128,000 to $204,000, based on market analysis and individual qualifications. This is part of a comprehensive total rewards package, including bonuses, incentives, and recognition programs. Actual pay may vary depending on performance and competencies.
