Job summary

The Medical University of South Carolina is seeking a PRN Radiologic Technologist to perform CT and radiology studies, obtain patient histories, and explain procedures. You must be ARRT registered, licensed by SCRQSA, with BLS, and have at least 2 years of multi-modality radiology experience.

The role includes a rotating shift and on-site work. Required education includes graduation from an AMA-accredited Radiologic Technology program, and ongoing certification in modality areas post radiology

Must have satisfactorily completed an AMA approved school of radiological technology and be registered by the American Registry of Radiological Technologists and licensed by SC Radiation Quality Standards Association. One year of experience as a registered Radiological Technologist and CT. Certification is required in modality area post radiology certification.

Credentials:Must be registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT), ARRT Advanced Modality Registration, and licensed by the South Carolina Radiation Quality Standards Association (SCRQSA). Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or American Red Cross BLS for Healthcare Providers certification is required.
