Job summary

Adventist Health Sonora is seeking a qualified Radiologic Technologist to operate x-ray, CT, ultrasound, MRI, nuclear medicine and/or mammography equipment across multiple modalities. The role supports departmental goals and patient care excellence in a busy imaging department.

The candidate will perform three modalities regularly, ensure patient safety, prepare contrast agents and collaborate with the team to meet service targets. A strong imaging background and ARRT credentials are required.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in radiologic technology is required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Three years' technical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs radiographic, mammographic, CT and/or ultrasound examinations as per experience; performs three modalities regularly.
• Safely transports patients between gurneys and wheelchairs and checks equipment safety (defibrillator, crash cart).
• Safely prepares contrast agents for imaging procedures.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
