Job summary

Adventist Health Sonora seeks a Radiologic Technologist to operate radiology equipment across multiple modalities including x-ray, CT, MRI, ultrasound, nuclear medicine and mammography. The role supports departmental objectives and requires proficiency in at least three modalities.

State RT license, ARRT certification and CPR/BLS are required. The candidate will join a team serving Tuolumne and Calaveras counties with strong community care emphasis.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in radiologic technology is required.
• ARRT certification is required.
• CPR/BLS certification is required.
• RT license in the state of practice is required.
• Must be certified in at least one modality and able to perform three modalities: CT, Mammography, MRI, NM, Sonography, or PET.

Responsibilities

• Operates x-ray, CT, ultrasound, MRI, nuclear medicine and/or mammography equipment.
• Performs three modalities competently.
• Safely transports and transfers patients between gurneys and wheelchairs; tests defibrillator and cash cart.
• Prepares contrast agents for medical imaging procedures.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
