Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a diagnostic imaging service environment or 4+ years in electromechanical industries.
• Associate Degree in electronics or equivalent; BSEE/BSEET/BSME/BSMET preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, service and maintain imaging equipment at customer sites.
• Manage administrative duties and regulatory requirements (timesheets, PMs, FCOs, installation docs).
• Provide exceptional customer service and address customer needs and commitments.
• Identify training gaps and opportunities to increase capability and capacity.
