Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in civil engineering.
• PE license or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• 6+ years of experience developing roadway/highway construction documents (8+ for Project Engineer II).

Responsibilities

• Lead interdisciplinary design for multimodal transportation infrastructure from concept to construction.
• Develop construction documents and bid packages; manage design reviews and permitting.
• Coordinate with utilities, ROW, and signaling on multidisciplinary projects.
