Toole Design Group in Minneapolis, MN is seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join our civil engineering team. The role focuses on roadway design and active transportation, delivering high-quality construction documents for multimodal projects.

You will work with AutoCAD/MicroStation and collaborate across disciplines to support design development, permitting, and construction management. The position offers a flexible 40-hour week and potential remote days, with our downtown Minneapolis

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in civil engineering required or preferred.
• Professional Engineer license preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in civil engineering with transportation focus.

Responsibilities

• Develop construction documents and cost estimates.
• Coordinate utility, ROW, lighting, traffic signals, and landscape layouts.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams on multimodal transportation projects.
• Create signing and pavement marking plans and maintain traffic plans.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliverables.
