Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field.
• 5–7+ years of logistics experience preferred.
• Hands‑on experience coordinating rail, truck, and barge transportation.
• Experience negotiating freight contracts and managing third‑party providers.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and transportation management software.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound transportation across rail, truck, and barge.
• Coordinate railcar scheduling, barge shipments, and road freight movements.
• Negotiate freight rates, manage carrier contracts, and monitor KPIs.
• Develop relationships with rail operators, barge companies, and freight providers.
• Oversee shipping documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Utilize ERP/TMS to monitor shipments and analyze freight performance.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives in logistics efficiency and costs.
